This is the T-shirt that I created for my art show wearable arts. 

Magic Fish Art

We read a big book about a fisherman and his wife. The fisherman caught a wish that kept granting his wife her wishes. This is my magic fish! I hope it grants my wishes.

LI: Add Numbers with Notes and Coins

My Reflection

I am learning to add numbers with notes and coins. I found it easy because I understood the notes and coins. I was learning how to add them. My next steps are to keep trying hard and remember to add the dollar sign and decimal point for cents.

LI: Identify Long and Short Vowel Sounds

My Reflection

I am learning to identify the long and short vowel sounds in a range of words. I found it a little tricky as I had to try and remember my spelling patterns that I have been learning. My next steps are to keep trying really hard in spelling.

LI: Figurative Language

My Reflection

 I am learning to use figurative language. I found it tricky because I didn't have much ideas in mind, so I really had to think about it. I had lots of ideas during group time. My next steps are to use these in my writing.

I am learning to write a piece of interesting narrative writing. I found it hard because I had to find good ideas and make it interesting. My next steps are to keep practising.

I am learning to understand information by interpreting graphic features. I found it a little tricky because I needed to look back and forward through the book. My next steps are to work on one page at a time.

I am learning to use 10 and doubles to solve addition problems. I found it easy because I listened during maths time and could do it. My next steps are to learn other ways to solve it.
